Appartement house in V Botanice - Stefanikova corner
Annotation
This project is a housing project located on the west part of Prague.It is composed of three appartement housing including a commercial ground floor.
The volume of the project answers various ambitions. On V Botanice street, the facade is aligned with the street to create a volume to the street. On the west corner, the appartement house is detached in two volumes answering to both the garden on the south with an open space on that corner and to the bank on the north side by enclosing the bank and create a sense of space for it.
The volumes also correspond to the different hights of the surrounding buildings and is in dialogue with the inner courtyard.
