The foyer at the main entrance can be a place to stop. The high ceiling and the monumental staircase are its distinctive feature. Another place for social contact is a cafe. It is dominated by the lightness of the high ceiling and glass walls. Great emphasis is placed on multifunctionality. The theater hall can be mechanically transformed into a dance hall, a concert hall, a cinema hall and also an exhibition space.
