Complex of buildings in Odborarska

The aim of the design was to use the existing opportunities of the solved locality and also to create new ones, in order to revive the current typology of housing. Multifunctionality of the set of buildings will attract more people of different ages and social groups. It was important for me to make the future area with the square in line with the existing layout of the site, to form its heart and meeting. In addition, to preserve mature trees, growing on the land, so that concept of the main square of the site is created. The complex of buildings includes: space for business units, a community center, a fitness center with multi-purpose halls, a café, community housing for students, coworking with a terrace and an office center.
