Holešovice - industry, art ... Opportunity! Bubny-Zátory is a comprehensively solved urban plan. However, one place there was left out. Next to the Troja Bridge, by the river, behind the railway. The place which seems to be a remnant, has an extraordinary lucrativeness. A neighborhood with an industrial past. But also today? Industry 4.0 is here. I design the high-rise building as the headquarters of a company engaged in the production and development of 3D printers.
