Předlice (Ústí nad Labem) - transformation of the area into an attractive city district

Ústí nad Labem, a city that owes its existence primarily to industry, but also thanks to it has been negatively affected. The aim of our project is therefore to correct this situation and show a new attractive face of the industry in Předlice. In the project, we address the problem of industrial isolation by creating mixed zones of industrial use, together with services and housing. It is important to create a connection towards Lake Milada and to the center of Ústí nad Labem. As part of the project, we tried to capture all the valuable buildings and find a suitable use for them. The new desugned functiond will attract enough people to the district and create a feeling of "urbanity" and security. As part of the project, we are also thinking about the overall popularization of the industry.
