Large city center Holešovice

The design seeks the sensitive completion of a large browfield and the seamless interconnection and unification of two distinct neighborhoods. His main motto is non-violence, humanity, clarity and creativity. Because the main potential of the area is the creation of an extended center of the capital city of Prague, emphasis is placed on sufficient civic amenities, free public space and new housing option. In the center of a new development is created a large, multifunctional center, stimulating many diverse events. The strong character of the place is added by the proposed viaduct for railway transport whose appearance can be understood as a reminder of the industrial history of the area.
