Balthasar Neumann center in Cheb

Balthasar Neumann center is located at Cheb near the Saint Nicolaus church on Kasární square. This multipurpose building is partially recessed in the ground and connects lower and upper square. From Kasární square you can get straight to the cafe and library, which are oriented to the square. Gallery is in the center of th building with zenital light. The hall is located in the rear part under the ground. Main concept of the building is layering ellipses and circles together to crete separated layers in the building.
