Ring

The building of the Balthasar Neumann Cultural Center is defined by two cylindrical cross-sections, thanks to which daylight enters the building and at the same time creates an anteroom, which serves as a terrace and in the upper part also as a summer cinema. Barrier-free access is allowed from Kasární náměstí to the front cylinder and then to the interior, where there is a foyer, from which you can go to the gallery, hall, or upstairs. The church square and the upper part are connected to the library and café by a magnificent staircase leading between two high walls.
