Art district Pragovka-MARKET

Pragovka Art District is a place where exhibitions, concerts and other cultural events are held. This area has great potential and there are already plans for its future revitalization. The original factory halls are currently inaccessible to the public and are undergoing gradual reconstruction. Hall E is rented out as studios in which a number of artists of various specializations work. The market, which I designed, is just opposite Hall E. On the first floor there are individual stalls and on the second a more intimate space with a bar and seating. The design also includes a greenhouse with vertical gardens, where it is possible to grow fresh crops, which will continue to be used for food preparation just a few meters away. Among these buildings is an unique factory chimney.
