The corner lot with an area of 719 m2 is located in the city district of Prague 6 - Břevnov. The sloping plot accessible from Na Strahově and Kochanova streets is currently full of greenery and lies on the imaginary border between the solitary development of villas in the southern part of the area and larger volumes of apartment buildings in the northern part. The volume consists of two single masses standing on a common platform. The platform divides the mass, reduces its scale and thus fits better into the surrounding context, but at the same time completes the block. The distribution of masses allows a view into the inner block. Both volumes consist of 1 underground and 4 above-ground floors, the last floor is offset, thus copying the surrounding gable roofs. Communications are the core of the typology, corridors are minimized. The main entrance is from Za Strahovem street. The entrance floor includes community spaces for meetings and visits, a library with a rest room, a study room, medical facilities and a cafe. On other floors, there are barrier-free apartments for seniors and starter apartments for young families in the form of cohousing. This is co-ownership of the entire property. The entrance to the garage is from Kochanova street. The underground parking lot allows parking for 18 vehicles.
