NEW FAMILY HOUSE PRAGUE - KUNRATICE

The new building is designed with regard to the northern orientation of the land. To maintain its southern orientation, the family house bounces off the street line towards the Kunratice Forest. To preserve the street line, the design uses a separate garage building, which also helps to create a quiet private space in front of the family house. To create a more pleasant scale of this space, supplemented by an outdoor pool, the family house uses a receding floor. The garage and the family house are connected into one unit by a representative covered entrance. The family house contains one apartment unit.
