Tangle. The new layer - growing on the axes of vertical communications of the existing structure - passes above, through, under the block of flats and connects them. However, it is not limited by the lifetime of the objects. It enriches a monotonous stop and has no ambition to be either a static layer or the last one added. Endless axes weave through the housing estate, uniting it and transcending it. On the axes - roads, footbridges - additional functions are added - objects of housing, work, education - and creates a new city.
