Fill the free space of Palackého náměstí with Zítkový sady. The very busy environment of Jan Palach Square, which is also lucrative and offers a wide range of options, as well as a luxurious location near the Prague waterfront. I decided to put into this environment an apartment building with eight floors with an active ground floor. The apartment building contains a wide range of apartments from 1 + kk, 2 + kk, 3 + kk to 6 + kk duplex apartments on the top floor, which offer a view of the Vltava. As for the noisy environment, the apartments have a night area and balconies facing the courtyard, where the park is located, so noise from busy traffic is prevented.
