Praga Living

Praga Living building complex consists of two apartment buildings and a multifunctional coworking building located in an industrial area- Pragovka, Prague Vysočany. Coworking defines a square around the factory chimney, which helps to ventilate the object. The 4th floor works as a greenhouse with a wall opening system designed to move air under the secondary roof to ensure thermal comfort. The apartment complex consists of 32- 1KK flats, communal spaces, and shared roof terraces. We were working as a team of four on the northern part of the Pragovka area, where the main connecting axis called ''ART WALK'' is an organically shaped pedestrian zone with additional functions.
