The Melnik Community Centre

The Melnik Community Center is situated in a relatively sloping terrain 50 m northeast of the historic city center rampart in the arch of Tyršova Street in the vicinity of Tyrš House near the athletic stadium. Across the street visitors can visit a park. The slope behind the house is forested. On the right we can find a furniture house and the post office building. The house serves as a library, restaurant, wine bar and community center, where exhibitions, conferences, balls or discussions can take place. The historical form is supposed to resemble ancient monuments.
