Rožák - apartment building at the corner

The design of the apartment building is realized in an urban part of Prague – Podolí. The plot is located on the corner of Sinkulova street. The building contains a restaurant. Underground floor has two-level garages, which are designed for both residents and restaurant customers. The Apartment building has 5 floors. A typical floor plan is on the 3rd,4th, and 5th floor. Each floor contains 5 flats. 5th floor is set back from the others. There are two 4-room flats, with a covered terrace. You can walk on the roof and see a beautiful view of the river Vltava. The ground floor is crossable throughout the building and connects Sinkulova street and upper Ve svahu street with a staircase. The inner block is designed as a park for the residents and the public.
