RENAISSANCE IS NOT DEAD

The apartment building located in the very heart of the city of Litoměřice has the task of combining the rich history of this city and transforming it into a modern, contemporary style. Together with another apartment complex, they divide the space into four sections, while diagonally creating public and semi-public spaces in the form of a stone square in the front part and in the form of a park behind the apartment buildings themselves. They are connected by a majestic underpass, through which you can get from the busy Na Valech street to the city walls and continue to the city center. On the ground floor of the houses themselves, there are spaces for commercial purposes, accompanied by high arcades connected by cross vaults. This creates material and spatial harmony of the overall design
