This new residential complex on the outskirts of Kolín brings 65 new apartments of an affordable medium standard, mostly of 3+1 (KK) and 2+KK dispositions, as well as 4+1 (KK). The development is in harmony with its immediate surroundings and citizens do not have to be afraid of increased traffic load. On the contrary, the proposal addresses the calming of Pražská street to a common city street with tree-lined alleys and longitudinal parking on both sides of the street. It is also intended to reconnect the transverse connections of the streets perpendicular to Pražská and Jaselská which were interrupted in the past.
