Facilities and Services: On the ground floor of the building, there is a cafe and shops, ensuring comfort and accessibility for residents. On the subsequent floors, there are rooms for students, kitchens with dining areas, and study rooms. Accessibility and Mobility: Two elevators are available in the middle of each floor for convenient movement throughout the building. Architectural Solution: The side sections of each floor alternately combine full and half sections, creating balconies that allow communication between floors and contribute to a friendly atmosphere. Each balcony is connected by a staircase, ensuring easy access to shared spaces.
