Apartment building with a cultural hall

The building site is situated in a construction gap in Village Heritage Site in Železný Brod. This gap is in between small single storey buildings and bigger three-storey buildings. On the site in shape of the letter Z are designed three buildings. An apartment building for seniors with three living floors on the west side, which is connected by garden with a workroom next to which is situated a building with cultural hall, cafe and hinterland for both services. All three buildings are made from brick with cement beige plaster. Roofs are gable with cembrite roof covering. In addition to the simple wooden windows and doors there are also small squared window for specialization and complementation of light to the interior.
