Pragovka - Co-living

Co-living is shared living, but how much is one willing to share one's privacy, this led me to the idea of creating a minimum living space for one and two people, with shared spaces that can be seen in rounded parts of the building. These spaces are complemented by parts such as a shop and cafe on the 1st floor. There are shared offices on the 2nd floor and the remaining three floors are used for living. On the roof, there is a community garden with a seating area and an exercise area. In front of and behind the building, there are bicycle stands and behind the building, there is a parking lot for shared cars.
