Apartment building - Podolí

The design of the apartment building is located on Ve Svahu Street, in the city district of Prague 4- Podolí. The apartment building consists of 3 floors and stepped garages set in the terrain, which contains parking spaces for other apartment buildings in the area. The very form of the house consists of 2 blocks, which connect the glass staircase with an elevator. The house is designed to provide a wide range of apartments from 2-room to the largest 4-room and two-generation duplex penthouse with views of cardinal directions. The facade is made of white plaster in combination with protruding vertical Corten sheet metal profiles enhancing the plasticity of the facade. Corten profiles simultaneously highlight the windows on the north and south facades.
