ŽELEZNÝ BROD - APARTMENT HOUSE SMALL SQUARE

On the edge of the village monument reserve in the center of Železný Brod we can find the church of St. James the Greater from the 17th Century with the adjacent Small Square. The new apartment buildings are designed to complete the mass of the current, not entirely defined block, and thus help to better specify the area of the riverside and the square in front of the church. At the same time, they react to the two houses already standing here, which form the main corner towards the church. The ground floor is designed mainly as a commercial space, above which there are two floors with apartments. The courtyard is used as a private garden intended for the residents of the houses. The parking is provided in the form of underground garages.
