Apartment building Ovčárecká

The design is focused on náměstí Svobody in Kolín. This public space should be an urban centrer, but nowadays is used only for parking and in general is devastated. The design comes with an adjustment of transport conditions and enlargement of commisioned locality. It gives up the character of square and creates new public parc and small piazzeta behind neo-classicist villa. These spaces are delimited by residential building. It is a five-storey house. Main elements are distinct balcones and french windows. On the floor-ground, there are non-residential spaces, which can be used for shops, services and manufacturing. There are also facilities. The next four storeys are destinated to flats. There are 2+kk, 3+kk and 4+kk. In total there are twenty four flats.
