Urban and regolatory plan Bubny

This project represents the design and also the regulatory plan for the territory of Holešovice-Bubny, where is situated extensive and devastated train compound nowadays. Whole territory presents the most important developing area in Prague. The main goal is to create an intensive and dense city enviroment, which would complete quaters in the wider centre of Prague and connect Holešovice and Maniny. Another aspect is that from urban point of view the desing represents an sufficient quarter, not only the extension of urban structure of Holešovice or Maniny, so that it could enrich the area of prague´s meander with new enviroments. The most significant limit are planned train station with two viaducts, which divide new housing development into two different parts.
