APARTMENT BUILDING - PODOLÍ

The apartment building is placed in Prague's Podolí on the corner of Sinkulova and Pod Vyšehradem streets. It is located in a corner gap between two older houses. The house provides a nice view of the Vltava river and also allows good and quick access to the centre. Nearby is Vyšehrad, which offers cultural and sports activities. The appearance of the house is inspired by Cubist elements. The front side of the building is divided by loggias into individual sections. Another visual element is the coloured railings, which bring playfulness and unusualness to the overall mass of the building. It is a six-storey house with three typical floors. There are always four apartments on each floor. Only on the top floor of the house are two apartments connected by a large terrace.
