Apartment building in Velké Meziříčí

The space is located partly on a slope, so the ground floor is hidden in the terrain from the back towards the park, so I did not design apartments on the ground floor. I created a grid and designed the layout of the apartment building according to the parking lot, which is located under the entire future building and the neighboring buildings. I designed the load-bearing walls and then arranged the partitions according to the spaces needed in the apartments. On the ground floor there is a smaller restaurant and shop. Both accessible from outside the building. There is also an entrance to the apartment building. Inside, there is both an elevator and a staircase that leads directly from the underground car park.
