Urban Housing on Knížecí

Affordable housing. Rich social spaces. Interconnection of interior and exterior. Use of basic materials. We have tried to incorporate these elements into our housing design for young prospects and start-up couples. The apartment building is located in Prague 5 on Smíchov on Knížecí between the streets of Stroupežnického and Ostrovského, near the women's homes, next to the Smíchov Policlinic. It is located in the courtyard and connects to the existing development. Our main effort was to create a pleasant place to live and spend time. The building responds to the issues of place (noise, dirt) while looking for positives.
