NURSING HOME AND KINDERGARTEN

The aim of the project is to use a vacant plot of land in an otherwise built-up part of Kolín. A nursing home and an adjacent kindergarten with four classrooms are proposed for the land use. The land is located between Antonín Dvořáka and Míru Streets and the dominant building is the aforementioned Nursing Home. The building with pavilion elements is designed so that the apartments are oriented to the south and provide comfort to the residents. Residents can be active seniors and disabled people, and the apartments are adapted for easy adaptation for a person with limited mobility.
