The Svitava apartment building is located on the outskirts of the former Svit complex in Velké Meziříčí. The location, which in its current state is rather a frightening example of what the surroundings of the city should look like, will come to life with new buildings by the river. The four-storey building offers the comfort of living in a quiet location near the city center, uses the potential of a place with good transport links, civic amenities and space to relax. It provides attractive housing options overlooking the city in the valley.
