Prague suburbs

The project fills in empty gaps in the Prague suburbs of Kolín town and addresses the traffic in Pražská and Jaselská streets to calm it down into ordinary suburban streets. The project is divided into 3 buildings, which create a total of 64 apartments, mostly 3 + kk, 2 + kk and a smaller number of 1 + kk and 4 + kk. The buildings also contain space for retail, mainly on Pražská Street, where retail makes up most of the 1st floor. This building becomes the dominant feature of the entrance to the town.
