Café and Hobby Center "AcrossThe Stream"

The café and hobby center "Přes potok" is a set of buildings located near Malé náměstí and the Trávníky monument reserve. There are three buildings on two plots separated by a stream, whose trapezoidal floor plans together define central public space. Both sides of the shore are connected by a footbridge. The ensemble enriches the operation of ZUŠ and expands the possibilities of art education in Železný Brod. The public space designed within the ensemble is divided into paved and unpaved surfaces. Unpaved areas are solved in the function of gutter sidewalks and at the same time as a possibility of inserting greenery.
