Above Radlická street

The area is located between two lines; the railway Pražský Semmering and the main road - Radlická. The picturesque landscape of Dívčí hrady contrasts with the "transit" area on the opposite site. The area lacks "liveliness", there are mainly large office monoblocks. The morphology is very diverse, in combination with the private complexes the area is almost impermeable. The design responds to the urban structure in the area by adding missing scales and taking inspiration from the character of the historical urban development. It establishes a street line on main street with an active commercial parterre. It resolves permeability through the area and maximizes the use of undeveloped parcels. Creates a new urban district offering a variety of housing types and additional public facilities.
