Moon Landscape. The landscape is intensely affected by brown coal mining and continuous anthropogenic activity. Area of ​​intensive mining activities. Such are the characteristics of the landscape around the Bílina quarry. The vision of the landscape between the Ore Mountains and the Bohemian Central Mountains for the period after the end of mining brings her back to life, she seeks a new meaning and heals the wounds of the surrounding urban units. The Briesen research and education center, focusing on the topic of succession and ecology in general, is being established on the site of the defunct village of Břežánky, which was demolished in the second half of the 20th century.
