DIRECTOR'S VILLA

The project of The villa in Žluté lázně, which will be the luxurious residence of its director. The building is divided into two parts, which can operate completely independently. The southern part is private and intended exclusively for the director, his family and close ones. The northern part is where working, meetings, negotiations or wine tastings take place. To separate these two areas, a soundproof wall passes through the house, which separates these two parts. The main concept is four modules, which either come forward or back. The two-storey villa does not disturb the surrounding buildings, vice versa, it is hidden from the street by a high wall and isolated by greenery from the rest of the spa area.
