CROWN HOUSES

The two balcony type apartment buildings are situated on Palacky square and are symmetrical along an axis that runs from the Emmaus Church to the Vltava river. They are luxury apartment buildings, all apartments have two floors with a nice view of the river and the city. The main concept is the observance of one module throughout the design. The same module, which is used in the floor plan and section, creates a square mesh on the facades. The buildings also create a private area in the park, which is connected to Palacky Square by large stairs.
