Spaciousness, variability, continuity. These are the tree main aspects, which I have been trying to achieve. The proportion of the building responds to the urban context of the place. It is trying to preserve what already exists. The variability of the building shows a multipurpose of the complex. It combines a residential and recreational function. The continuity of the space creates a connection between Palackého náměstí and Zítkove sady.
