Urban Block Completion

The project is focused on a particular spot where the unopened and unfinished Energetics House, so called "Amerika", stands. Since the municipality plans to demolish the building, my proposal is to re-establish the former compact town structure with completion of a whole new comprehensive urban block. Its shape is based on the surrounding context and historical stops in the area. Most of the block consists of town houses. In its rear part there is a parking house, which helps to solve the bad situation with parking in the city.
