The 75 metres high structure is located in Prag 4, just next to the Central Park Pankrác, surrounded by another high – rise buildings in the neighbourhood. The main idea behind the design is taking the advantage of the park and making the strong connection to it by extending it to the middle of the structure. The building consists of 3 parts – there are the facilities on the groundfloor, the comunity center with the librar and the housing, with great view of the park and the skyscrapers. On the right side, there is the soil spreaded across the roof, creating the hill covered by grass. This is one of the main features, which make the design sustainable and enviromentally friendly, since the hill works as a huge water collector.
