Although somewhat forgotten, the site is well oriented parallel to the cardinal directions. Most of the living rooms are facing south and west. On the east side, facing the steep slope, there is a porch with a lift and an outdoor staircase. Every room facing the street is connected to a spacious balcony which lines the entire house on each floor. Thanks to the proximity to the church garden, it provides ample views and privacy at the same time.
