Matisse student cafe

Matisse student café is inspired by the artist and the period in which he created paintings based on cutouts. The terrazzo floor is created based on a graphic design inspired by his work. The space, like the graphics, is organically shaped, both in terms of equipment and the overall layout of the space. The dominant elements are the bar and the staircase based on the overlap of the two elements. The staircase leads to a terrace. The operation of the student café is based on the idea of reviving the campus to students who can form a relationship with the building. This corresponds to the choice of colors and the object of the staircase on the roof beyond the interior space. In contrast to the terrazzo, delicate materials such as semi-permeable curtains, glass, and velvet are chosen.
