Terraced houses Přeštice

This is a design of terraced houses in the town of Přeštice near Pilsen. Two rows of houses will be built opposite each other on the site of the former Přeštice pig complex. This will create a place for people to live. The row by the street completes the street line and a row of houses set in slightly undulating terrain and encloses the space between the houses. Each row consists of eight houses. A high wall separates the front garden from the busy street. Both types of houses have large balconies and an accessible roof. The house set on a slope using naturally undulating landscapes. The exterior staircase is located so as to draw directly into the adjacent garden, which slopes down to the Úhlava riverbed.
