BIO PONEC

The area between Husitská and Příběnická streets, located between Žižkov and Nové Město. Collage, which was created by gradual layering of various objects, sometimes without respect, arrogantly, sometimes more sensitively and with regard to existing structures. The aim of my project was to capture and cultivate this disparate environment, show its potential and create a place that adds a missing sense of community. I am designing a cultural center that connects the functions of a community center, gallery, café and cinema. Thanks to the proximity of the university campus, I am adding the function of a study room. The whole area is connected by a series of stairs, ramps and outdoor platforms, which will improve the quality of public space and bring life to this place.
