Apartment building Ostrava

The apartment building is part of the newly established Ostrava class. On the one hand, it looks to Vítkovice and the industrial district, on the other hand to the Ostravice River and the Beskydy Mountains. The apartment building consists of several residential units on seven floors, two underground floors serve as garages with cellars. The ground floor of the house is active, towards the street they are rentable premises for shops and services. The facade is asymmetrical, all-brick with protruding light concrete balconies. Towards the street, the balconies are arranged on the sides of the house, the protruding materials give it a stricter expression. The façade to the river, on the other hand, is more playful due to its arrangement of protruding masses.
