The project is located at the metro, tram and train station "Nádraží Holešovice". The urbanism of the area is not completed, but will be in a few years, because the urban study already exists.
My "green skyscraper" project have to complement the location not only by increasing the population density in the place, but also by green zones, such as green roofs and a small park area, and shading plant elements in conjunction with the functionality of residential part, administrative part and shopping center.
