Multifunctional house Na Vyhlídce

The design of the multifunctional house is situated on the outskirts of the historic center of Mělník. It is located on a plot that is accessible from both the center and the pedestrian path, which crosses a large part of the city and offers views of the countryside. The whole design consists of a total of four materials. The first is the bakery together with the access ramp to the underground garages. A wine bar and a café are designed right next door across the square. Apartments are then located above these spaces. In the next, third building, there is a non-packaging store on the ground floor, together with an apartment, which is located above it over the entire floor. The last building, in addition to its function for living, is dedicated to pure wine.
