Urban Housing Na Knížecí

The urban housing is located in Prague Smíchov. The design is following the industrial spirit of this part of the city by using raw materials - metal, glass and concrete. The building is divided into two parts, the total mass grades in height to the north, which creates two separate terraces in the south and terraces for maisonettes in the north. The goal of the project is to create a pleasant place for living and at the same time not to forget that it also should be available for all social groups.
