Gap Site Bělehradská

Built-up area in the cities is fuller and fuller so we have to know how thinking about new concept in cooperation with existing buildings, character and volumes. This case isn’t such regular gap site with neighbour house from two site. This area has only one neighbour house. Terrain is very hilly and long here so the main idea is one volume such two normal tenement. The lower house has raumplan character in parterre. From it’s yard you can go to garden of higher house. The dominate of the garden is huge birch. In general this block has lot of ways to grow neighbourhood relationship such yards, slope, meeting rooms or massive pedestal which is bench for all neighbours.
