Residential building OSTRAVA!!!

YOUNG, PROGRESSIVE, DYNAMIC. Three words that come to my mind when you say "Ostrava". Although the first of these terms may seem like an oxymoron because of its long coal history, I find the city young because of it. Thanks to a fresh start and the need to seek a new image and direction for the city. The front facade of the house facing the major city boulevard linking the center of the metropolis with the area of Dolní Vítkovice is meant to speak with a sure and confident language. Living rooms, or bedrooms, are amplified by duplicate windows, which give the layer of symmetrical rigour a playfulness and a hint of subtle chaos, although viewed from the inside, their placement relative to the apartment's floorplay is always deliberate.
