Apartment buildings in Holešovice

The new city blocks aim to strengthen the torn environment of the Holešovice Exhibition Center a little more and emphasize the free space in front of it. The houses try to support the existing historical housing by height, material and color. Each apartment has a terrace facing the street, which together with the selected module and proportions creates on the main facade a composition that develops in depth, but at the same time aligns with the facades of the surrounding buildings. The depth of the house also contributes to the plasticity of the house. The proposed apartment buildings offer a relatively wide range of apartments from studios to the largest 4-bedroom penthouses, but 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments have the largest share.
